I’m looking for the best set-up for the right HD digital video camcorder and lens, and light set-up for films.
I’m new to filmmaking, so I’m looking for a website where i can order a complete package for a camcorder and lighting and everything else i need.
You probably won’t find a single place to supply you that kind of “package, but you can try B&H Photo or Adorama… they are reputable on-line folks…
And I strongly suggest you set up a budget.
You will need cameras, lighting, microphones, mixing boards (audio and video), computers… This is not an inexpensive project.
“Best” could be easily $500,000 or more. I can find you a Sony Cine-Alta camera alone for about that much.
